Civic Center STARGAZE – February Edition ***NEW DATE***

Join Civic Center Conservancy and AstroTours on the main promenade of Civic Center Park for a celestial journey right in the heart of the city. Accessible to all ages, we invite you to learn from skilled astronomers about the wonders of the cosmos, constellations and their folklore, and observe the moon and other celestial bodies through high powered telescopes. Enjoy tasty food and beverages available for purchase from a local food truck to round out an enchanting evening that promises an “out of this world” experience!

This month’s event offers a special opportunity to explore your personal stars with short astrological or tarot card readings by Swan. You can bring your birth chart (or Big Three) or see what messages the tarot has in store. Coming with a partner or friend? Try a paired reading. All readings are 10-15 minutes and range $10-20.

Civic Center Cares – Free Tickets for Recently Laid-Off Federal Workers
We know that many folks in the greater Denver community are being impacted by recent reductions in the federal workforce. Since the Conservancy is working to increase access to the park and our programs, we want to offer a limited number of free tickets to the next two STARGAZE programs to all recently laid-off federal workers. For the February 26 and March 5 programs, we will have up to 30 paid tickets for each night for any time slot with availability, and individuals can request up to 2 paid tickets. We love our Denver community and want to support our neighbors any way that we can!

To request tickets, send an email with the subject line “Federal Worker Ticket Request” to activations@civiccenterconservancy.org with your first and last name, which agency you worked for, the name of your guest if requesting a second ticket, the preferred date (either February 26 or March 5), and the time slot(s) you are available on that date. Please include any youth (5 yo and under) tickets you may need. We will then follow up with you if tickets are available for the date and time you requested. A limit of 2 tickets per person. Quantities are limited to 30 spots for each date.
