Civic Center WORKS

This is the Conservancy’s workforce development program that employs unhoused individuals to clean and maintain the park. These stellar crews are often the reason why Civic Center is clean, safe, and beautiful.

WORKS Works!

In 2024, we maintained our adult workforce crews with 46 participants and average a 30% employment rate – all while keeping the park clean and green and building community.
