Civic Center Conservancy Welcomes Jonathan Jacuinde, Event Success Coordinator

Civic Center Conservancy is delighted to announce the addition of Event Success Coordinator Jonathan Jacuinde to the team! Growing up in California, he developed a deep appreciation for the profound impact of parks and public spaces. Jonathan witnessed firsthand how these spaces bring people together, foster a sense of belonging, and create opportunities for recreation and reflection.

Jonathan has over a decade of experience organizing large-scale events including the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, New York Comic Con, Burning Man, and the Global Eclipse Gathering. He is thrilled to bring his expertise and skills to Civic Center Park. He has had the privilege to work on numerous projects that transformed public spaces into vibrant hubs of activity, fostered community engagement and provided memorable experiences for visitors. He is an avid eclipse chaser and plans to witness many more around the world.

He pursued his academic journey at San Francisco State University, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Whether it’s a music festival, an art exhibition, or a community picnic, Jonathan firmly believes that these events create spaces where individuals can connect, share experiences, and build lasting memories.

He is deeply committed to the vision of Civic Center Conservancy and its mission to promote the vitality of Civic Center Park. He is honored to work alongside a dedicated team that shares his passion for creating inclusive, vibrant, and sustainable public spaces.
