Civic Center SPARKLES is the Conservancy’s horticulture volunteer program. Volunteers help maintain our stunning flower and produce beds, ensuring Civic Center Park stays green and beautiful. Through weekly care, community members contribute to a vibrant, accessible urban oasis for all to enjoy.
